Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The item is returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
